We do not set first-party analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not used on cyphrex.io. Apollo.io and PostHog load on the marketing site only, and only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Necessary and functional cookies do not need opt-in.

Dashboard cache data stays on your device. If you accept analytics, the PostHog visitor identifier in local storage is sent to PostHog so pageviews and unique visitors can be counted.
If we release mobile apps in the future, they will not use traditional cookies but may use similar technologies like device identifiers. We will update this policy accordingly.

All Blockchain SSN registrations use self-custody. You own and control your agent's private keys and wallet. Cyphrex never holds, accesses, or manages private keys. Cyphrex may cover Solana gas fees on paid plans as a convenience. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Cyphrex is not responsible for lost wallet access, network failures, or irreversible transactions.
